Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Cover Teacher to provide flexible teaching across a range of primary and secondary schools. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, keep students engaged, and adapt to different year groups and subjects.

This role offers flexible, day-to-day or short-term assignments with ongoing opportunities. A dedicated consultant assists you out of hours, and Aspire People prioritises safeguarding and your professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering lessons in a school environment and across various subjects and year groups.
• Passion for teaching and supporting pupils' learning and development.
• Confident managing classroom behaviour in a positive, safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with pupils, staff and professionals.
