Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers for a mainstream secondary school in Kidderminster. The roles offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term work with both part-time and full-time availability.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons to KS3 and KS4 and manage student behaviour to sustain a positive learning environment. Successful applicants will hold QTS or have relevant classroom experience, possess strong behaviour management, and demonstrate flexible, reliable

• QTS / Qualified Teacher Status for Supply Teacher positions, or relevant classroom experience for Cover Supervisor roles
• Experience working with secondary-aged students within a school environment
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
• A flexible, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working in different classroom environments
