Cover Supervisor- West Bromwich

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to support one of our partner schools in the West Bromwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and is committed to maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere when teachers are absent.

The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and able to manage a variety of classes across different subjects. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we are flexible and eager to find the right match for both you and the school.

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, following provided lesson plans

• Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment

• Support students with tasks and ensure work completion

• Report any behavioural or learning issues to the relevant teaching staff

• Assist with administrative duties as needed

• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth school operations

• Position: Cover Supervisor

• Location: West Bromwich and surrounding areas

• Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)

• Start Date: ASAP or September start (negotiable)

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and responsibilities

• Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
