Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent and help keep students engaged and on task throughout the lesson.

We welcome graduates, undergraduates or those educated to A-Level standard. Full training and support are provided, with opportunities across several local schools and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Formación

• Confident communicating with large groups of students.
• Natural leadership qualities.
• Sporting, coaching, mentoring, or youth work background.
• Graduate, undergraduate, or educated to A-Level standard.
• Calm, professional and adaptable in classroom environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Take registers and report absences.
• Deliver pre-set work and keep pupils focused on learning.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
