St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to maintain learning continuity when teachers are absent and to foster a calm, purposeful classroom environment. You will build strong relationships with students and support teaching staff with feedback and behaviour management.

The role may also involve supporting enrichment activities and wider academy programs to boost student confidence and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences and maintain learning continuity.
