Job summary

Archway Learning Trust's Lees Brook Academy is seeking an outstanding Cover Supervisor to join a high achieving team. You will work under the Vice Principal to provide cover for absent teaching staff, oversee students completing pre-set work and manage classroom behaviour.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, well organised and able to communicate effectively with students and staff. You should be comfortable working as part of a team and prepared to contribute to improving learning

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to different situations in a busy environment.
