Farndon Fields Primary School in Market Harborough is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to provide class cover across year groups and support high-quality teaching and learning. The role is fixed-term with a 32.5-hour week within a 39-week pattern.
The successful candidate will supervise classes in the absence of a teacher, liaise with staff, and help maintain a safe learning environment aligned with lesson plans, contributing to pupils' potential.
Salary: Grade 7 Pay Point 11-14 (£26,832 - £28,146 per annum, approximate starting salary of £20,164) * Pending Support Staff Pay Award Uplift*
Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30- 15:30

We are a successful, friendly school set in beautiful grounds on the edge of Market Harborough. Our school environment has been developed with two additional classrooms that were completed in February 2013 and an additional 7 new classrooms, a new hall and a refurbished administration area and school entrance completed in 2018. We have also installed a brand-new library thanks to funds raised by our own PTA and support from the local Market Harborough charity 'Howard Watson Symington Memorial Charity'. We are a Microsoft Showcase school, sharing good practice through this global network.
