Keyham Lodge School invites applications for a Cover Supervisor to support learning in classrooms and run learning interventions. You will work under a teacher’s direction to create a positive educational environment and help pupils reach their developmental goals.
The role requires safeguarding awareness, excellent communication, and a flexible approach to the school day. The position is permanent and based on term-time hours with a set weekly pattern.
Salary: Grade 7 Pay Point 11-14 (approximate starting salary of £20,164 ) *Pending Support Salary Uplift Pending*
Hours: 32.5 hours per week and 39 weeks per year ( Term Time of 38 weeks, plus one extra week including INSET days)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday 08:30-16:15, Tuesday & Wednesday 08:30-15:30, Thursday 08:30-15:15 and Friday 08:30-15:00.
We are looking for a caring, experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work alongside the class teacher to support learning in class and run interventions, to join our team and be a proactive integrated member of the School Staff Team.
As part of your role you will, under the direction of a teacher, support in the learning process and utilise your skills to assist the teacher to create an educational environment in which a pupil's all-round development is achieved.
