The Grammar School at Leeds is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our Senior School and support pupils' learning during teacher absence. You will supervise classes aged 11-18, ensuring work set by teachers is completed in a calm, constructive learning environment and contribute to school life through supervision and exams support.

Qualifications

• Confident and effective communicator with strong organisational and classroom management skills.
• Experience working with young people aged 11–18 is advantageous.
• GCSEs English and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absence and ensure work set by teachers is completed.
• Maintain a calm, purposeful and positive learning environment.
• May deliver PSHE lessons using provided resources.
• Contribute to wider life of the school through supervision, exams support, trips and activities.
