The Morley Academy is seeking an inspirational and committed colleague for the role of Cover Supervisor. This role supports students' learning and development by providing classroom supervision in the short-term absence of teaching staff.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to engage and motivate young people. Potential applicants should have GCSEs in English and Mathematics, experience with young people, and a calm, professional approach.
