The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a crucial part in supporting secondary school students and helping them stay on track with their learning.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising pre-set work in accordance with the school's policies.

Managing student behaviour to ensure a positive and focused learning environment.

Answering any student questions regarding procedures and expectations.

Handling immediate issues or emergencies following school protocols.

Collecting completed work and returning it to the appropriate teacher.

Reporting on student behaviour and any issues arising during the class using the school's agreed referral procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about education and have a desire to make a positive impact on students' outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:

Aspirations to become a secondary school teacher in their chosen field.

A degree or at least 1 year of experience working with secondary-aged or FE students.
