Team Manager

*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start *Holiday Pay*

£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£13.00 p/h + £1.57 = £14.57 p/h)

Location: DONCASTER

Do you have an interest in retail? Are you looking for a role involving high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery and DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities working on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandising standards.

The Role
  1. Typically 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday.
  2. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, executing client tasks.
  3. Communicate progress and project completion to management.
  4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (mainly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
  6. Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
  7. Work at various retail sites/stores; travel may vary per shift.
  8. Carry out stock removal and replacement using client plans and systems.
  9. Adjust shelf heights.
  10. Move stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
Desirable Qualities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people.
  • Methodical with keen attention to detail.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 or over.
