Job Title: Secondary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Location: Doncaster

Are you passionate about education and training? Do you have experience working with children or young people in a school setting, youth club, sports club, or coaching environment? Are you an ECT still searching for the perfect school to start your career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Academics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary HLTA to work with our partner schools across Doncaster on a temporary supply basis. This role is ideal for someone who is degree-level trained (in any subject), is L4 HLTA qualified, or an ECT seeking flexible, long-term opportunities in education and training.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across a range of subjects.
2. Managing classroom behaviour to ensure students are engaged and on-task.
3. Setting high expectations for all children to achieve their full potential.
4. Upholding all school policies and procedures to the highest standard.
5. Maintaining strong communication with staff to ensure a collaborative working environment.
