Job Title: Secondary School HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Location: Doncaster

Are you passionate about education and training? Do you have experience working with children or young people in a school setting, youth club, sports club, or coaching environment? Are you an ECT still seeking the perfect school to start your career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Academics are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary School HLTA to work with our partner schools across Doncaster on a temporary supply basis. This role is ideal for someone who is degree-level trained (in any subject), L4 HLTA qualified, or an ECT looking for flexible, long-term opportunities in education and training.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes across various subjects.
2. Manage classroom behaviour to keep students engaged and on-task.
3. Set high expectations to help children achieve their full potential.
4. Uphold all school policies and procedures to the highest standards.
5. Maintain strong communication with staff to foster a collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile:
