Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools in Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas. You will step into classrooms, manage a range of behaviours and keep pupils engaged when the usual teacher is absent.

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate looking to gain experience in education, or someone with a strong background working with young people, we’d love to speak with you.

Qualifications

• Experienced Cover Supervisors with a confident classroom presence.
• Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms, manage behaviours, and keep learning on track in the absence of a teacher.
• Support pupil engagement and ensure a smooth continuation of lessons.
• Liaise with school staff as needed.
