Academics Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support KS3 and KS4 in local secondary schools. You will deliver pre-set lessons, manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment where students participate and strive to achieve.

This role involves covering lessons when teachers are absent, working closely with staff and following school policies. A current enhanced DBS is essential, along with clear communication and adaptability to different school environments.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with secondary students ( KS3/KS4 ).
• Strong behaviour management and class control.
• A current and up-to-date enhanced DBS.
• Clear, professional communication and adaptability across environments.

Academics are looking for a Cover Supervisor to step in and support KS3 and KS4 in Secondary schools in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for delivering effective lessons, managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment where all students are encouraged to participate and achieve.
