Larkmead School is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to support a flexible school-wide cover team during term time. The role involves moving to where cover is most needed, across the curriculum and year groups, while maintaining high expectations and helping to raise attainment.

Applicants benefit from a strong induction and training programme, with 30 hours per week and options for flexible patterns. Prior classroom experience is helpful, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Larkmead School is recruiting Cover Supervisors for its support team, covering classes across the curriculum and academic years as needed. The work is reactive, so the post holder moves to wherever cover is most needed, while keeping high expectations of students and helping to raise achievement. The role is term time only at 30 hours a week, with training provided, and classroom experience is an advantage, suiting existing Teaching Assistants or graduates considering teaching. Visa sponsorship is not available.
