Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to work in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr, and surrounding areas in South Wales. These flexible, temporary and ongoing roles pay £120 per day and run from 08:30 to 15:30 in local secondary schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour, and keep pupils engaged in a safe learning environment.

Pay: GBP120 per day

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30, 6.5 hours per day

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors who are looking for flexible daily supply work, regular ongoing placements or a better work-life balance.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of the usual classroom teacher. Work will already be prepared, and your role will be to ensure pupils remain focused, engaged and working in a safe and positive learning environment.

The Cover Supervisor Role
