Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Rhondda region, including Tonypandy. You will supervise pupils in years 7–9 and GCSE classes, ensuring continuity of learning in teachers' absence.

Ideal candidates have experience with children or in care, with a keen interest in working with learners and safeguarding principles. Training and DBS checks are provided, and graduates or those transitioning into education are welcome.

Qualifications

We are seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors across secondary schools in the Rhondda region. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a rewarding industry, supporting pupils in Years 7, 8, and 9, as well as GCSE classes. As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include supervising pupils in a safe and engaging manner, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teachers.
