Thetford Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and responsible person to work as a Cover Supervisor to provide cover for whole classes whilst covering the absence of teachers to allow them to carry out professional duties and training.
You will be someone with strong communication and behaviour management skills, confidence, patience, and adaptability. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, build positive relationships with students, and effectively supervise a class by delivering set work and managing classroom behaviour.
