Salary: Grade 3 FTE £28,153 to £34,811. Actual salary is £24,891 - £30,777 depending on experience.

Ninestiles, an Academy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. Candidates must have a good level of experience and be able to cover colleagues’ absence within the lesson across the whole academy curriculum.
Candidates will also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as this role requires regular contact with parents, carers, colleagues, learners, and the local community. The successful candidate will also need to be able to demonstrate that they are able to cover colleagues’ absence and create an orderly and purposeful environment in which learners can complete the work set. Other essential skills involve the ability to be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calm under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times.
