Job summary

Educate Group is seeking confident Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Telford. You will supervise classes during short-term staff absences and deliver pre-prepared materials to keep learners engaged.

We value strong communication, classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils. DBS Update Service is preferred or willingness to obtain one, subject to requirements. Flexible hours and ongoing consultant support offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Confident classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• A professional, adaptable and proactive approach.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, subject to requirements.
