Job summary

Mana Education in St Ives and surrounding areas is seeking Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools. This role offers flexibility to fit around your lifestyle and gain valuable classroom experience.

You will deliver pre-prepared materials, maintain a positive environment, manage behaviour, and support pupils across year groups. No planning or marking required, with opportunities for day-to-day or longer-term placements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• A calm, professional and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Cover Supervisor Opportunities - St Ives & Surrounding Areas

Location: St Ives, Hemingford Grey, Hemingford Abbots, Fenstanton, Somersham, Needingworth, Holywell, Huntingdon, St Neots and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time

The Role
