Handsworth Grange Community Sports College is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to support daily lesson delivery by taking over classes when teachers are absent. You will deliver set work and ensure students stay on task in a calm, organised manner.
You will work closely with subject teachers to discuss planned cover, provide feedback on progress and behaviour, and help embed ICT tools to enhance learning. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

The successful candidates will have a flexible approach and the confidence and presence to manage whole classes in a professional manner. Applicants should have very good literacy and numeracy skills and the ability and desire to work with young people. Training and support will be provided to enable you to carry out your duties successfully.
