Cover Supervisor – Rochester - September 2025 Start

No lesson plans? No problem! If you can think on your feet, keep students engaged, and bring energy to the classroom, this fantastic secondary school in Rochester is looking for a proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to keep learning on track when teachers are away.

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Until December 2025 initially)

Salary: £100-130 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the classroom with confidence, ensuring students stay engaged with pre-set work.
• Keep the energy high while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning, offering guidance where needed.
• Work across different subjects and year groups, adapting to various classroom needs.
• Communicate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and handovers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience covering KS3 & KS4 classes is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills—you’ll be the go-to person when teachers are away.
• Confidence in engaging with students and keeping lessons on track.
