Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our client secondary schools in Wimborne. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience, whether you’re an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate, or someone with experience working with young people.

Cover Supervisor roles – leading lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Teaching Assistant positions – supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

Following school policies and reporting any safeguarding concerns
Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training!

Willingness to undertake safeguarding training (this can be provided)
A genuine passion for education and student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
