TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a long-term temporary role in Risca, with an immediate start. The role involves supervising classes across the secondary age range, delivering pre-planned work and keeping learners engaged.

The ideal candidate will have experience with secondary-aged students, strong classroom management, and effective communication. Salary is £108–£120 per day with PAYE payroll and ongoing support from consultants.

The school is looking to appoint a confident Cover Supervisor on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre-planned work, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged in their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A relevant qualification or degree is desirable
• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Experience supervising groups of young people
