Long-Term Teachers support schools across Redruth & Camborne and are seeking dedicated and passionate cover supervisors to join our team. Our schools are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for all students, including those with special educational needs.

About the role:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
  • Support students with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students stay on task and managing any disruptions
  • Collaborate with support staff
  • Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all students
