Job summary

Vida Education is seeking Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Penrith and surrounding areas. This role suits individuals with experience working with young people, graduates considering teaching, or those seeking flexible school-based work.

Roles include day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements, with the opportunity to support pupils, deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment in class.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred).
• Confidence managing a classroom environment.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A positive, professional attitude.

COVER SUPERVISOR - PENRITH

Flexible Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Vida Education is currently seeking Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Penrith & surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people, graduates considering a career in teaching, or those looking for flexible work in a school setting.

Work is available on a supply basis, with opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans
• Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with their work as required
