Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Doncaster. This role offers flexible day-to-day work, long-term placements, and opportunities to gain further experience in education, tailored to your availability and career goals.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the usual teacher, ensuring students stay focused and complete work.

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work across Doncaster? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the local area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring students remain focused, engaged and well behaved while completing the work provided.

• Supervising pupils across KS3 and KS4

• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with young people in a school, college or educational setting
• Experience leading or managing a classroom
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A confident, calm and professional approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A relevant qualification or degree-level education is desirable
