Role Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team and provide daily supply cover in various schools across Northampton. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment while ensuring that lessons run smoothly in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure student engagement.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively.
• Support students in their learning and development.
• Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership on student progress and behaviour.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
