Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves in Hillingdon is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our education team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-managed lessons during teachers’ PPA time, with all materials already prepared.

Your role focuses on maintaining excellent behaviour, keeping students focused, and ensuring work is completed to the high standards expected by your school. Experience with KS1/KS2 is preferred, and reliability is key.

Are you an experienced teacher or cover supervisor with excellent behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead engaging lessons?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will need to be flexible and adaptable, as you will be covering teachers’ PPA time, meaning your timetable will vary from day to day. All lessons will be planned and prepared for you, so there is no requirement to plan or mark work.

Instead, your main responsibility will be to maintain excellent behaviour management, ensure students remain focused and engaged, and encourage them to complete all work to the high standards expected by their teachers.
