Aspire People is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Hillingdon. Roles span KS3-4, with opportunities across full-time, part-time, and flexible supply assignments.

You'll supervise classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, and uphold positive behaviour. Ideal for graduates or professionals seeking school-based experience, with DBS via Update Service preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or similar setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence working independently with groups of students aged 11-16.
• Professional, flexible, and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Salary: 100- 105 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)
