Job summary

Zest Education is recruiting a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Staffordshire starting September 2026. This full-time role offers the chance to work across multiple sites with a focus on delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining high engagement in the classroom.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young people, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage groups of secondary students. An enhanced DBS check and safeguarding clearances are preferred.

The Role

We Are Looking For Someone Who
