Job summary

Supply Desk in Burnham is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to help maintain continuity of learning across Key Stage 3 and 4. You will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher and deliver pre-prepared lessons across subjects, ensuring students stay on task and engaged.

The role requires strong classroom management and communication, with a focus on safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. This part-time position starts in September 2026 with an August 31 deadline for applications.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident in supervising students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and instructions effectively.
• A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

We are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school, where you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting students across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities
