Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Full-time or daily
Pay: 100- 110 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind are working with a mainstream school in Leighton Buzzard that is seeking a Cover Supervisor for an immediate start, with both daily supply and long-term roles available.

The school supports a broad range of pupils, including those with challenging behaviour, so we're looking for someone with a calm, assertive presence and strong behaviour management skills.

You will be given the full support of the SLT but will need to be confident using a range of techniques to ensure a high standard of learning takes place daily.

This is a flexible ad-hoc role that may lead to long-term supply.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching or looking for a rewarding role working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across different year groups as a cover supervisor

• Maintain classroom order and manage behaviour effectively

• Support students with classwork and encourage active participation

• Follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies

• Report back to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
