Cover Supervisor – Leicester-based Secondary School

Hays Education are working in partnership with a 'Good' Secondary school just outside of Leicester City who are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. This is a full-time role, working from 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will, in the absence of a class teacher, deliver a pre-prepared lesson ensuring that in doing so the student’s development is continued and maintained. You must demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding to be able to help students make progress with their learning.

For this role, you will ideally have 6 months+ experience working as a Cover Supervisor, Instructor or HLTA and be confident to deliver lessons independently.
