Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Cover Supervisor to support a Newcastle secondary school. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, maintain a positive learning environment and support students’ learning and well‑being throughout the day.

No formal teaching qualification is required; UK experience with young people, strong communication skills and classroom confidence are essential. Flexible contracts and competitive daily rates available.

• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
