Confident and reliable Cover Supervisor with experience delivering high-quality teaching on various assignments across a number of schools in and around Gateshead. Skilled in quickly establishing positive relationships with pupils and staff, maintaining continuity of learning, and creating an engaging classroom environment. The role could include both short and long term opportunities, including day to day and termly appointments. Experienced in delivering high quality, engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported throughout temporary placements. Committed to maintaining high educational standards while adapting to the individual needs of each school and class.
