Career Teachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Leicestershire and Hinckley. You may work full-time or part-time, with hours from 8:00am to 3:30pm, helping supervise lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

This role is ideal for those starting in education or semi-retired teachers seeking a flexible schedule and rewarding work with school-aged learners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy school environment
• Genuine interest in education and supporting student learning
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Availability between 8:00am and 3:30pm is essential
