Job summary

Reed is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across the region. You will deliver pre-set lesson plans when teachers are absent, maintain order in the classroom, and help students stay focused throughout the lesson.

This role offers flexible, locally-based assignments with ongoing support from a dedicated education recruitment consultant and opportunities for longer-term positions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school setting as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar educational role.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in leading a classroom independently.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
