Job summary

Academics is recruiting Cover Supervisors to gain classroom experience in secondary schools around the Hertfordshire area. You will supervise lessons, manage behaviour and support students while teachers are absent, providing a pathway toward teacher training.

This role suits graduates or individuals with school experience, with opportunities to support students with SEN and progress toward School Direct Teacher Training after a year for outstanding candidates.
