Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
• Maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged and focused throughout lessons
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups, gaining valuable experience within a secondary school environment
• Support supportive leadership teams, strong behaviour policies, and a positive learning environment

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting
• Confidence managing classroom behaviour
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Genuine interest in education and supporting students
