Job summary

St Dominic’s School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to coordinate daily cover for planned and unplanned staff absences. The role focuses on 2/3 classroom cover and 1/3 supervisor duties, with emphasis on organising timetables and mentoring supply staff.

Salary: Grade S4, scale point 24 – 27; FTE £30,968.00 - £33,540.00; Actual: £26,517.87 £28,720.27; Dependent on qualifications and experience

Working Pattern: 36hrs/week; 07:30-16:00, Monday to Thursday, 7:30-14:30 Friday, Term Time Only

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Cover Supervisor to coordinate and allocate daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absence. The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating a timetable and working with children. Excellent time management, organisational skills and working to deadlines is essential for this post. The role involves 2/3 classroom cover and 1/3 cover supervisor duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
