Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Corby, Northants. This full-time role offers a competitive daily rate and immediate and September start dates, ideal for graduates, youth workers or those seeking classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, support students and report progress to teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in educational, coaching, mentoring, youth work or similar settings.
• Confident in managing groups of students.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and professionalism.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
• Genuine interest in supporting students and education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking confident, adaptable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or individuals with transferable skills who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged with the work set.
