The successful candidate will provide cover for short-term staff absence across a range of subjects at our secondary site. You will need to be confident, flexible and able to deliver work set by the usual classroom teacher, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and pupils remain engaged in their learning.
You will possess strong behaviour management skills, the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and the confidence to supervise classes effectively, ensuring pupils work productively and remain on task.
Excellent numeracy, literacy, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential to this role. If you are energetic, resilient and committed to supporting the education and wellbeing of young people, and you thrive on teamwork and making a real difference, this could be the role for you!
