Job Title: Cover Supervisor / Teaching Assistant

Prospero are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work within a school in the Cheshire West & Chester area. The strongest applicant will have confidence in Mathematics, English, and a subject of their choice, while also working well with children.

Contract/Position Details

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Type of work: Long Term
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Contract type: Long-term Temporary
• Minimum rate of pay: £95 per day
• Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Experience, Training, and Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent (Desirable)
• Previous experience working with young people
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (Desirable, but not essential; training is provided)

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references
