TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a mainstream secondary school in Banbury. The role involves supervising classes across the secondary age range, delivering pre-planned work and maintaining positive student engagement.

Long-term placements with flexible day-to-day work are available. The successful candidate will have strong classroom and behaviour management, experience with young people in a secondary setting, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

East of England/ contract / £110 - 150 per day

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for long-term placements, with flexible day-to-day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre-planned work, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
