Part Time - Term Time only, 39 weeks a year 30 hours per week (8:40am - 3:10pm)

Salary Range: Scale 4 points 9 - 12 (£28,153 - £29,542). (Actual pro rata salary £19,854.11 - £20,833.67)

This post is a crucial one to the school. We are looking for a brilliant cover supervisor, who will deliver lessons on behalf of absent colleagues. You will be part of the five-person cover team, which is very ably led by the experienced cover manager. Time management skills, patience and a good work ethic are essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills. The job description will give you further details about what we require.

Results in 2025 and 2026 remain strong. Over 50% of our students achieved a Grade 5+ in English & Maths. 41% of our SEN students achieved a Grade 4+ in English & Maths. As has been the case for many years now, all of our headline measures are well above national averages. We are committed to improving yet again this academic year, and we are determined to do so.
