Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a full‑time role starting September 2026. You will deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans when the class teacher is absent and help maintain a calm, productive learning environment.

You should have experience with children or young people, be confident managing groups across year groups, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £110.00 to £120.00 per day
